This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit myoyaji.com or join the film mailing list. It also covers related services we use to run the site and list.

本ポリシーは、myoyaji.com の閲覧や映画メーリングリストへの登録に関して、情報をどのように取得・利用・保護するかを説明します。サイト運営に使う関連サービスも対象です。

Information we collect

取得する情報

Mailing list. If you sign up, we collect the email address you submit, the time of signup, and technical details needed to process the form (such as whether a bot check passed).

メーリングリスト。 登録時に入力されたメールアドレス、登録日時、フォーム処理に必要な技術情報（ボット対策の結果など）を取得します。

Language preference. We store your language choice (English or Japanese) in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it. This is not used to identify you across other sites.

言語設定。 表示言語（英語／日本語）の選択をブラウザの localStorage に保存します。他サイトを横断してあなたを特定する目的では使いません。

Server and security logs. Like most websites, our hosts and security providers may process IP address, browser type, pages requested, and similar technical data to keep the service running and safe.

Product analytics. We use Aptabase to understand how people find and use the site (for example referrer, campaign links, language, which sections are viewed, and signup funnel steps). Events are privacy-oriented and do not include your email address or full IP in our event properties.

How we use your information

We use mailing-list emails to send updates about the My Oyaji film (production news, release info, and related messages you opted into). We do not sell your email address. We may use technical data to prevent spam/abuse, fix problems, and improve the site.

メーリングリストのメールアドレスは、『マイオヤジ』に関する更新（制作状況、公開情報、オプトインいただいた関連連絡）の送信に使います。メールアドレスの販売は行いません。技術データは、スパム／不正利用の防止、障害対応、サイト改善に使うことがあります。

Cloudflare Turnstile（ボット対策）

We use Cloudflare Turnstile on the signup form to reduce spam and automated abuse. Depending on configuration, verification may run with little or no visible challenge (including Invisible mode). Cloudflare processes data needed to complete that check under Cloudflare’s terms and privacy documentation. As required for Invisible mode, we reference Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address and request details when pages load. See Google’s privacy policy for details.

We keep mailing-list contacts while you remain subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for suppression (so we don’t email people who unsubscribed) or legal/compliance reasons. You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails.
